ORDER PROCESSING:
We process orders within 3 business days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days from when you placed your order, please reach out to us via email.
DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery takes 8-12 business days from the date your order is processed and shipped. If you haven't received your order after 15 business days (includes max processing/shipping time) please reach out to us via email.
HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?
If it has been less than 15 business days(3 weeks) since you placed your order and you have yet to receive it, please be patient. It will arrive on schedule according to what we mentioned above.
